What you'll do
- Build and manage relationships with selected partners in France
- Identify and qualify partners based on customer access, capabilities, delivery capacity, and revenue potential
- Create joint partner plans with goals, responsibilities, and milestones
- Develop use cases, customer opportunities, pilots, integrations, and joint offerings
- Build business cases and commercial models, and negotiate partner agreements
- Generate partner-led revenue through introductions, co-selling, and reseller activities
- Plan joint marketing activities and track partner pipeline, commitments, and results
What we're looking for
- Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, channel management, or key account management in B2B technology
- At least one partnership developed from initial contact to signed agreement or active joint project
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and building business cases
- Ability to manage senior decision-makers and operational teams
- Technical understanding of enterprise software, integrations, deployment models, and support
- Experience creating structure and measurable progress in an undefined partner model
- Native-level French and advanced written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel across France and occasionally work with U.S. time zones
