What you'll do
- Build and manage relationships with technology, cloud, public-sector, integration, and service partners in France
- Identify and qualify partners and create joint plans with measurable goals and milestones
- Develop partner use cases, customer opportunities, pilots, integrations, and joint offerings
- Build business cases and negotiate commercial terms and partner agreements
- Generate partner-led revenue through introductions, co-selling, and reseller activities
- Plan joint marketing and track partner pipeline, commitments, risks, and results
What we're looking for
- Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, channel management, or key account management in B2B technology
- A partnership developed from initial contact to a signed agreement or active joint project
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and building business cases
- Ability to work with senior decision-makers and operational teams
- Technical understanding of enterprise software, integrations, deployment, and support
- Experience creating structure and measurable progress in an undefined partner model
- Native-level French and advanced written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel across France and occasionally work U.S. time zones
