What you'll do
- Translate ambiguous client challenges into technical requirements and architectures
- Build and deploy AI agents for fraud prevention and financial-crime workflows
- Use prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation to improve agent performance
- Develop AI risk metrics, datasets, and evaluation pipelines
- Partner with engineering and product teams to scale solutions into production
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in data science or applied AI
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Ability to own solutions end to end and translate client needs into delivered products
- Autonomous, creative problem-solver focused on measurable business value
