Stack

What you'll do

• Extend and improve Voice Agent and Autopilot capabilities with production code.
• Own enterprise deployments from discovery and configuration through rollout and optimization.
• Translate customer operations into agent workflows, integrations, and human handoffs.
• Analyze production traces and failures, improve agent reliability, and build evaluations.
• Connect agents to customer systems and third-party platforms.
• Turn recurring deployment needs into reusable product features.
• Lead customer working sessions and coordinate technical delivery.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience shipping and maintaining production software.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in a modern programming language and experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and backend systems.
• Experience with LLM APIs, agents, tool calling, or AI-powered applications.
• Ability to make nondeterministic AI systems reliable using prompts, evaluations, and agent workflows.
• Strong customer communication, ownership, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice AI, real-time systems, agent frameworks, or enterprise integrations.
• Experience in moving, logistics, or field services.
