What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept work for prospective customers.
- Own customer integrations and implementations through go-live, including data mapping, workflow configuration, and testing.
- Configure and evaluate AI agents, prompts, decision rules, and human-in-the-loop processes for risk operations.
- Support customers after launch, resolve technical issues, lead enablement, and identify platform expansion opportunities.
- Share customer feedback with product and engineering, and develop reusable implementation playbooks and templates.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Track record owning technical implementations from scoping through production launch.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data integration patterns, SQL, JSON, and enterprise architectures.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, refining prompts, troubleshooting agent behavior, and using AI coding tools.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration, tool use, human-in-the-loop design, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms and API testing or prototyping tools.
Nice to have
- Financial services experience, especially in fraud, credit risk, AML/compliance, or payments.
- Experience deploying AI/ML platforms, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered systems in enterprise environments.
