What you'll do
- Manage implementation and integration projects for fraud and compliance products.
- Support clients throughout onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
- Analyze client requirements and design solutions using Sardine’s products.
- Manage project timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in a technical role involving integrations, automation, or cross-team execution.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.
- Experience with basic SQL queries and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications, web development, and scripting or internal tools.
