What you'll do
- Manage implementation and integration of fraud and compliance products.
- Support clients throughout onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
- Analyze customer requirements and design solutions using Sardine’s products.
- Manage project timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables.
- Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical role involving integrations, automation, or cross-team delivery.
- At least 2 years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with basic SQL queries and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications, web development, and scripting or internal tools.
