What you'll do
- Investigate fraud claims from partner banks and merchants and identify fraud vectors.
- Manage UK legislative liability claims through end-to-end investigation and resolution.
- Communicate with financial institutions, banks, and merchants to gather evidence and resolve disputes.
- Categorize transaction data to improve fraud rules and machine learning models.
- Monitor transaction streams for undetected fraud using extraction tools and SQL query templates.
- Share fraud typologies and improve workflows and team playbooks.
What we're looking for
- Experience in fraud operations or fraud investigations.
- Knowledge of first-party fraud, third-party fraud, and account takeover.
- Basic SQL skills, including reading and adjusting query templates.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
