What you'll do
- Investigate fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeovers, and other fraud vectors
- Assess fraud risk factors and activity trends
- Help maintain fraud detection strategies and business rules
- Contribute to root-cause analysis and risk mitigation
- Participate in regular Fraud Operations business reviews
What we're looking for
- Some experience in fraud analysis, investigations, or operations
- Experience using data to make assessments and judgments
- Effective problem-solving skills and a team-focused approach
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented perspective focused on users
- Available to work 100% in the Mexico City office
- Willing to work occasional remote weekends, with weekdays off in compensation
