What you'll do
- Rate samples for typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and polish
- Apply detailed rubrics consistently across many design samples
- Identify design flaws in individual slides
- Edit flawed slides using the rest of the design as a reference
What we're looking for
- Degree or certificate in design or arts
- At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, social media specialist, or marketing professional
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
- Prior data annotation or AI training experience
