What you'll do
- Rate designs for typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and overall polish
- Identify flaws in individual slides and assess the needed level of correction
- Edit slides using other samples in the design as references
- Apply detailed rubrics consistently across many samples
What we're looking for
- Degree or certificate in design or arts
- At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, social media specialist, or marketing professional
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and design effectiveness
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other modern design tools
- Prior data annotation or AI training experience
