What you'll do

- Apply detailed rubrics consistently across a high volume of samples
- Identify design flaws in individual slides and edit them using the rest of the design as a reference
What we're looking for
- Design or arts education (degree or certificate)
- At least two years of experience in graphic design, illustration, social media marketing, or marketing
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and design effectiveness
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
- Prior data annotation or AI training experience
