Freelance Graphic Designer - AI Training

About this role

Rate and edit supplied graphic design samples to help train AI models. The work focuses on assessing design quality and improving flawed slides using the rest of each design as a reference; you will not create designs from scratch.

What you'll do

• Rate design samples for typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and polish
• Follow rubrics to provide consistent ratings across large volumes of samples
• Identify and correct flaws in individual slides, using the other slides as a reference

What we're looking for

• Degree or certificate in design or arts
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, social media marketing, or marketing
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other modern design tools
• Prior data annotation or AI training experience
