What you'll do
- Rate designs for typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and polish
- Apply detailed rubrics consistently across large volumes of samples
- Identify and correct flaws in individual slides using the rest of the design as a reference
What we're looking for
- Degree or certificate in design or arts
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, social media, or marketing
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
- Prior data annotation or AI training experience
