What you'll do
- Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces
- Improve application rendering speed, responsiveness, and reliability
- Lead frontend initiatives and collaborate on APIs and end-to-end flows
- Build reusable component libraries and frontend infrastructure
- Establish frontend best practices and mentor engineers
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production-grade web applications
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern web tooling
- Track record of building polished, performant, scalable UIs
- Strong product intuition and user empathy
- Experience in cross-functional product teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Next.js, or similar frameworks
- Background in developer tools or data/ML infrastructure
- Experience with WebSockets, real-time data, or visualization tools
- Open-source contributions or public engineering work
