What you'll do
- Build accessible, performant, well-tested reusable components, themes, and frontend APIs.
- Develop tooling, documentation, and quality checks for engineers and AI coding agents.
- Partner with designers and product engineers to turn recurring patterns into design-system capabilities.
- Modernize Dashboard foundations and migrate legacy UI patterns.
- Improve accessibility, internationalization, observability, performance, reliability, and developer experience.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of frontend engineering experience or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development tools, including reviewing and validating generated code.
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies, browser fundamentals, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Ability to independently scope and deliver open-ended frontend projects.
- Strong debugging, testing, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with design systems, frontend platforms, or shared component libraries.
- Experience with build tools, package managers, codemods, lint rules, or large monorepos.
- Experience building tools or quality systems for AI coding agents.
- Experience improving developer-facing products using documentation, feedback, or adoption data.
