Full-Stack Software Engineer, Communication Tools

What you'll do

• Build and own internal tools and AI-powered user experiences from discovery through implementation.
• Partner with users and cross-functional stakeholders to identify problems and define success metrics.
• Use qualitative and quantitative measures to guide priorities and evaluate impact.
• Apply AI tools to improve employee workflows and engineering productivity.
• Maintain high engineering and product quality and mentor newer team members.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of industry experience building rich web experiences with a modern framework such as React or Vue.
• Ability to work across the full stack, including user experience, workflow automation, and reliability.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and ability to make tradeoffs.
• Collaborative, user-focused approach and ability to drive work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping LLM-powered products and understanding the underlying technologies.
• Industry experience with Ruby, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience using AI tools to increase engineering throughput while maintaining quality.
• Interest in enabling people to work effectively and partnering with creative, non-technical teams.
