Full Stack Software Engineer - Control Plane

Build and maintain ClickHouse’s Cloud Console, where customers manage database services and access, run SQL queries, explore data, and monitor performance. The role combines user-facing application development with scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and lifecycle management.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver scalable, available, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship application features
• Maintain application and infrastructure performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs
• Improve code quality, organization, and automation
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in cloud computing or platform engineering
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Understanding of scalable application design principles
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience developing analytics or data-intensive applications
• Experience with Auth0 or similar integrations
• Monorepo experience with Yarn workspaces, TurboRepo, or Nx
• Experience with developer tools, IDEs, BI platforms, or real-time WebSocket features
