Full Stack Software Engineer - Staff or Principal

Stack

What you'll do

• Design and develop features spanning frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and data layers
• Own features end-to-end, from user experience through databases and distributed systems
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and customers to solve user problems
• Mentor engineers through code review, pairing, and technical leadership
• Identify and drive product, technology, and technical-debt improvements

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of software development experience for Staff or 10+ years for Principal
• Expertise in one or more backend JVM languages, such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
• Experience building large frontend applications with React or TypeScript
• Ability to own features across frontend and backend codebases
• Strong software design, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Experience with modern frontend tooling such as Tailwind
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban
