Full Stack Software Engineer - Staff or Principal

Build and evolve Seeq’s industrial data analytics platform across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers. Lead end-to-end feature development, collaborating with product and UX while providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver features across frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and data layers
• Own features end-to-end, from user experience through backend and database implementation
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and customers to address user needs
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
• Identify and drive improvements to software quality, technology, and technical debt

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of software development experience for Staff or 10+ years for Principal
• Expertise in one or more backend JVM languages, such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
• Experience building large frontend applications with React or TypeScript
• Ability to own work across frontend and backend codebases
• Strong software design, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Leadership, mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Experience with modern frontend tooling such as Tailwind
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
