What you'll do
- Build intelligent systems that route work and determine who should handle it.
- Develop AI-powered customer and internal experiences, including appropriate handoffs to people.
- Create production-ready tools for Support, RevOps, and GTM teams.
- Build integrations and data flows across business and incident-management systems.
- Own code review, testing, monitoring, and ongoing improvements for shipped systems.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years building and shipping full-stack production software.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and distributed-system integrations.
- Experience supporting or building tools for Support, Customer Success, or RevOps teams.
- Confident with Git and safe, version-controlled deployment workflows.
- Able to translate operational needs into solutions non-engineers can use.
- Self-driven and comfortable owning problems in a remote, distributed team.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day development.
Nice to have
- Production experience with LLM-powered features such as routing, retrieval, evaluation, or observability.
- Salesforce platform experience, including Apex, LWC, Flows, or custom objects.
- Experience with Pylon, incident.io, PagerDuty, Zendesk, Slack APIs, or GitHub APIs.
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases.
- Experience in early-stage, greenfield, support, RevOps, or business-systems environments.
