What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate systems with engineers and analysts
- Develop user-facing features across frontend and backend
- Lead planning and development as a product or project manager when needed
- Ensure operational excellence and reliable interaction between systems
What we're looking for
- Deep backend development experience with Python, PHP, or Go
- Experience using AI agents for coding
- Frontend design and development experience with JavaScript, React, or TypeScript
- Experience building complex production systems
- Experience with data processing and storage technologies
- Ability to work autonomously and lead development from design through QA
- Excellent written and spoken English
