What you'll do

- Partner with Applied ML, ML Platform, and Data Science to prioritize advertising ML work.
- Advise product teams on data-first product development and instrumentation.
- Coordinate execution across product, engineering, security, legal, and policy stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of combined data science and product management experience, including hands-on quantitative work before moving into product.
- 3–5+ years managing algorithmic, data-driven systems such as bidding, ranking, personalization, or recommendations.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data directly and understand statistical and quantitative ML fundamentals.
- Technical proficiency collaborating with ML and data engineers and assessing what can work at scale.
- Experience working across international or distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance advertising and real-time bidding.
- Proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
