Growth Design Manager, Web & Acquisition

About this role

Lead the design vision and execution for Superhuman’s top-of-funnel web experiences, from landing pages and acquisition flows to sign-up and conversion. This hands-on manager will guide a team of designers and partner across functions to improve growth through strong craft, experimentation, and interactive web experiences.

What you'll do

• Own design strategy and execution across web acquisition and conversion experiences.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams on experiments and optimization.
• Lead design of interactive, logged-out web tools and personalized experiences.
• Hire, mentor, and develop growth web and content designers.
• Advise growth leadership on design opportunities and priorities.
• Build scalable web design patterns, templates, and playbooks.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading designers focused on web growth, acquisition, or conversion.
• Ability to balance experimentation and conversion goals with brand and design quality.
• Strong visual, interaction, and web design craft, with technical fluency.
• Experience designing interactive web tools or signed-out product experiences.
• Ability to build scalable design systems and collaborate across functions.
• Clear communication and ability to explain design decisions in business terms.
