What you'll do

• Own onboarding, activation, retention, and paid conversion across in-product experiences, in-app guidance, and lifecycle email
• Identify funnel drop-offs and partner with Product to improve the core user experience
• Build AI systems that generate content tailored to user intent, workspace context, and behavior
• Create learning loops that measure outcomes and improve future content and decisions, with human oversight
• Drive paywall, upgrade, promotional, and anti-churn experiences
• Prototype, ship, and iterate with founders, Product, Engineering, and Data

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or growth product roles in self-serve SaaS, with measurable results
• Experience improving onboarding and activation funnels through changes to the product experience
• Hands-on experience building AI systems that generate content for individual users
• Experience building systems that learn from performance data and adapt
• Technical fluency across behavioral data, AI decisioning, content generation, and delivery
• Strong experimentation and product judgment; comfortable as a high-ownership individual contributor
