What you'll do

- Define golden-record matching, merging, survivorship, and hierarchy rules across systems.
- Establish governance standards, stewardship roles, data definitions, and quality SLAs.

- Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record delivering cross-functional programs without direct authority.
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS experience with product-led or hybrid sales, including mapping product users and workspaces to CRM accounts.
- Familiarity with enrichment and firmographic data, entity matching, and ML- or LLM-assisted matching and cleansing.
