GTM Engineer, Marketing

Stack

What you'll do

• Build agentic workflows across the campaign lifecycle.
• Evaluate AI tools through structured pilots and operationalize successful solutions.
• Develop automated reporting pipelines for cross-channel marketing performance.
• Create AI-assisted lead scoring and qualification workflows.
• Enable AI agents to support paid campaign optimization, creative uploads, and lifecycle campaign setup.
• Build reusable workflows that marketers can operate independently.

What we're looking for

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or GTM engineering.
• Experience building and shipping agentic workflows with LLM APIs, AI frameworks, and automation tools.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting.
• Process-first approach and a bias for rapid experimentation.
• Strong written communication and ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing AI tools such as Writer, AirOps, or Phrase.
• Experience with SaaS marketing technology stacks, including HubSpot, Salesforce, CDPs, or ABM platforms.
• SQL and Snowflake experience.
• Brand or creative operations experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude.
