GTM Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Manage, develop, and hire GTM engineers across marketing, sales, and platform work.
• Set standards for version control, code review, documentation, and ownership of production systems.
• Build infrastructure, agents, and tooling to coordinate and track team work.
• Partner with GTM planners on roadmap feasibility, sequencing, and project assignments.
• Coordinate with AI enablement engineering on moving prototypes into long-term ownership.
• Manage relationships with technical vendors.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, marketing or sales ops engineering, or internal tools, including hands-on building.
• 2+ years managing technical or builder roles, with a record of developing team members.
• Experience building with AI agents, workflow tools, APIs, webhooks, and Git.
• Experience establishing review, documentation, and rollback practices for production systems.
• Fluency across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Strong written communication, autonomy, and empathy.

Nice to have

• Deep HubSpot experience, especially workflows and APIs.
• Daily use of Cursor, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• SQL and Snowflake experience.
• Experience establishing a GTM or RevOps engineering team.
• Usage-based or fintech GTM experience.
