About this role

Lead Dust’s UK sales organization and own the region’s revenue, ARR plan, forecast, and qualified pipeline. Build a repeatable local go-to-market approach while staying involved in priority customer opportunities and coordinating cross-functional support.

About the company

Dust is a platform that helps companies build and deploy AI agents connected to their internal tools and knowledge.

What you'll do

  • Own the region’s ARR plan, forecast, and qualified pipeline.
  • Hire, onboard, coach, and develop regional salespeople.
  • Stay hands-on in priority deals from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build and refine a repeatable regional sales approach using pipeline and customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate regional pipeline generation with marketing, BDR, Growth, and Partnerships.
  • Work with Solutions Engineering, Deployment, Professional Services, and Customer Success to support evaluations, implementations, and expansion.
  • Share customer and market insights with Product and company leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years leading B2B software sales and coaching regional sales teams.
  • Experience growing from individual contributor into people leadership.
  • Owned a market or segment revenue number end to end.
  • Built pipeline through functions outside direct management, such as marketing, partners, and pre-sales.
  • Able to lead by example in priority opportunities from discovery through close.
  • Experience building pipeline and customer relationships where the brand or sales motion is still developing.
  • Disciplined forecasting, constructive performance feedback, and a supportive leadership style.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing customer referrals, targeted events, and local market experiments.
