What you'll do

- Source proactively through various platforms and tools
- Run Zoom screens to assess candidates
- Partner with hiring managers for candidate calibration
- Manage offers including OTE and commission discussions
- Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse
- Deliver a fast and transparent candidate experience
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Significant experience hiring GTM roles in B2B SaaS environments
- Track record of high-volume hiring
- Strong passive sourcing skills
- Curiosity about the AI landscape
- Knowledge of sales roles and compensation
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
- Organizational skills to manage multiple processes
