Own full-cycle recruiting for Oscilar’s go-to-market functions, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and closing passive candidates. Build talent pipelines and partner with GTM leaders to support the company’s growth.

Oscilar is a risk decisioning platform that helps financial institutions detect fraud and automate compliance workflows in real time.

What you'll do

• Lead recruiting from sourcing strategy through offer acceptance across GTM roles
• Build pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach
• Partner with GTM leaders to define candidate profiles and search strategies
• Manage interview processes, candidate experience, and offer negotiations
• Track and improve self-sourced hires, pipeline quality, hiring velocity, and quality of hire

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates, backed by measurable outbound results
• Experience building pipelines for competitive or hard-to-fill roles
• Recruiting experience across GTM functions such as Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and personalized outreach
• Strong judgment, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have

• Experience scaling recruiting at a venture-backed technology company
• Familiarity with fintech, fraud prevention, payments, identity, or financial-services technology
• Experience recruiting Sales Engineers, Forward Deployment Engineers, or Technical Account Managers
• Experience partnering with senior GTM executives
