What you'll do
- Turn customer spec documents into project-ready enablement packages
- Build qualification tests and gold-standard sets for annotators
- Run pilot and calibration rounds to identify spec ambiguities
- Maintain versioned guidelines and roll out updates
- Design quality plans for each project and select review structures
- Monitor quality and conduct root-cause analysis on defects
- Produce clear quality reports for deliveries
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in quality assurance or quality operations for data labeling
- Ability to translate complex specs into training guidelines
- Strong applied statistics skills for QA
- Experience configuring review and QA workflows in annotation platforms
- Proficiency in Claude Code for quality analysis
- Crisp written communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM, RLHF, or preference-data projects
- Experience with expert or domain-specialist workforces
- Background in instructional design
- Familiarity with Label Studio
- Experience with model-assisted QA
