What you'll do

  • Own credit and fraud strategy across the customer lifecycle
  • Set credit risk appetite and translate it into policy
  • Balance loss rates, approval rates, and conversion
  • Run test-and-learn agenda for credit strategies
  • Monitor credit performance and forecast losses
  • Spot and respond to credit and fraud risks
  • Ensure policies meet regulatory and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  • College degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in financial services
  • 8+ years in credit risk with direct policy ownership
  • Experience in fraud risk strategy
  • Proven leadership with high-performing teams
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with capital partners
  • Working knowledge of consumer lending regulation
