What you'll do
- Set the long-term design vision and quality standard across the product

- Build and lead a lean, AI-leveraged design team and provide direct feedback
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on what to build
- Use research, analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to measure design impact
What we're looking for
- Recent experience setting the quality bar at a product-led SaaS company
- Track record of leading design end to end and demonstrating its impact
- Hands-on design craft within the last three years
- Strong research, briefing, and product-thinking skills
- Able to collaborate as an equal with Product and Engineering leadership
- High agency and comfort working in a lean, remote, low-bureaucracy environment
- Experience with Figma and Whimsical
Nice to have
- Short-term rental, travel, hospitality, or proptech experience
