What you'll do
- Set marketing strategy and plans for API adoption and Matcha consumer growth.

- Build growth programs and partner with Sales to generate qualified API demand.
- Lead, coach, and focus the senior marketing team; improve processes with AI.
- Personally contribute to positioning, launches, campaigns, and content.
- Own marketing budget, performance, ROI, and revenue contribution.
- Use market and product analytics to guide marketing decisions.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in marketing, including 3+ years leading a marketing function.
- Experience setting company-wide strategy across multiple product lines and audiences.
- Marketing experience with technical B2B products and consumer products.
- Deep crypto and DeFi experience, including work at a crypto company.
- Track record of repeatable marketing programs with measurable business growth.
- Experience leading senior marketers as a player-coach.

- Experience at a DEX, aggregator, or onchain trading infrastructure company.
