What you'll do

- Manage key functional leaders
- Develop and execute strategic projects for Wave Senegal
- Lead by example in embedding company values and advocating for the team
- Partner with the People Team to identify and hire local talent
- Share insights from Senegal to help develop global strategy
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in mobile money, finance, fintech, telecoms, or technology
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration
- 8+ years building and leading teams to achieve results
- Experience managing stakeholders through strategic reporting to external partners
- Track record building country-level and multi-country partnerships in Africa
- Authorization to work in Senegal
- Fluent English; a local language is preferred
