What you'll do

• Lead and develop the equity administration and payroll teams
• Own the control environment for equity and payroll
• Oversee scaling to public-company standards across both functions
• Drive systems strategy across compensation platforms
• Serve as primary escalation point for equity and payroll
• Oversee international expansion of payroll and equity functions
• Partner with Accounting on stock-based compensation and payroll accounting
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of manual processes

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of experience in equity compensation and/or payroll operations
• Experience leading senior functional leaders
• Operated equity and payroll functions to public company standards
• Familiarity with equity management platforms and Workday payroll
• Built and scaled global operations across jurisdictions
• Strong people leader
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Focus on building scalable processes

Nice to have

• CEP or CPP certification
• Experience with international mobility programs
• Led complex system implementations at scale
