What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Operations team and set its roadmap.
- Improve onboarding, employee changes, leaves, offboarding, and employee support workflows.
- Develop operating frameworks and manage routine compensation and benefits operations.
- Prototype and scale AI-enabled workflows with appropriate access controls and human review.
- Use service and quality data to improve operations, data integrity, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate process changes with People, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, and BizTech.
What we're looking for
- Experience leading a high-performing People Operations team in a shared-services environment.
- Track record building scalable People programs, infrastructure, and processes.
- Operational depth in compensation administration and benefits.
- Strong HRIS, case-management, and employee-lifecycle process-design skills.
- Practical experience using AI and automation with privacy, quality, and human oversight.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and cross-functional change leadership.
