What you'll do
- Build and lead the Singapore Applied AI team, including coaching and career development
- Guide high-value enterprise customers on AI adoption strategies and technical deployments
- Lead technical pre-sales, use-case scoping, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept execution
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams on customer and go-to-market strategies
- Represent Anthropic through technical thought leadership and customer engagements
- Travel across Australia and New Zealand for executive sessions and technical workshops
What we're looking for
- 15+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or a related technical pre-sales role
- 5+ years managing technical go-to-market or pre-sales teams
- Experience with Singapore enterprise customers and Australia/New Zealand business dynamics
- Proficiency in enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases
- Familiarity with LLM architecture, prompt engineering, evaluation, and AI system design
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and executive relationship-building skills
- Understanding of relevant regional regulation, privacy, and data sovereignty considerations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
