- Build out the Sport Science team and external advisory council
- Represent Strava's scientific credibility externally
What we're looking for
- MD, PhD, or equivalent in exercise physiology or related field
- Experience in peer-reviewed research and applied work in industry
- Track record managing external partnerships
- Comfort in collaborating with data science and ML teams
- Experience in building a team from first hire is a plus
- Experience representing scientific work externally is a plus
- Endurance or running-specific research experience is a plus
