What you'll do
- Own the safety of AI output to teachers and students.
- Develop safety evaluations as part of product infrastructure.
- Run the safety incident process end to end.
- Partner with Legal on compliance with privacy laws.
- Build and lead a small trust & safety team.
What we're looking for
- Experience in trust & safety or responsible AI for youth-facing products.
- Hands-on experience with LLM safety tooling.
- Proven track record of handling live incidents.
- Strong communication skills for safety tradeoffs.
