What you'll do
- Partner with executives and support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
- Run biannual performance management cycles.
- Handle employee relations cases, restructuring initiatives, and Malaysian employment compliance.
- Coordinate with legal on employment contracts and regulatory matters.
- Improve and automate HR processes using technology and AI.
- Analyze HR data and recommend operational improvements.
- Oversee payroll, HR operations, and HR vendor relationships.
- Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience managing company-wide transformations, including restructuring.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS, HR analytics, payroll administration, and HR operations.
- Ability to optimize and automate HR processes, including with AI tools.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
