What you'll do
- Advise clients and employees on employment matters, primarily in France.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and address employment-related risks.
- Resolve HR queries and support key employee lifecycle events.
- Improve and standardize HR processes across countries.
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners.
- Support reporting, audits, HR administration, and strategic projects.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR advisory, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR practices.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in EOR, global mobility, payroll, or international HR.
- Experience supporting multinational clients across jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement.
- Additional European language skills.
