What you'll do
- Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle activities across assigned countries
- Respond to day-to-day HR queries from clients and employees
- Follow local employment requirements and escalate complex risks
- Coordinate HR delivery with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners
- Support reporting, audits, HR administration, and process improvements
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR advisory, or a similar client-facing role
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in EOR, global mobility, payroll, or international HR
- Experience supporting multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement
- Additional European language skills
