Implementation Consultant

Lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers, from contract signing through launch. Shape integration architecture, change-management plans, and timelines while coordinating with internal teams to deliver a smooth implementation and help customers realize value from Stripe.

What you'll do

• Own the onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers through launch
• Develop and manage integration architecture, change-management strategies, and timelines
• Partner with Sales and Technical Services to improve the customer journey
• Work with Product and Engineering to inform product strategy for large customers
• Contribute to projects that improve and scale implementation operations

What we're looking for

• 4+ years working with strategic customers on technology solutions, with a strong performance record
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to large customers
• Project management and critical-thinking skills
• Experience identifying and addressing internal process inefficiencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Able to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience at a growth-stage internet or software company
• Payments industry experience
• Knowledge of APIs
• Knowledge of SQL
