What you'll do
- Design and ship security controls in Kubernetes ecosystem
- Harden software supply chain from dependency intake through build and deploy
- Own cloud IAM and identity architecture
- Secure research infrastructure and training pipelines
- Threat model new platform components
- Build guardrails for AI agents and developer tooling
- Write infrastructure as code and policy as code
- Support incident response team with infrastructure insights
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes in production
- Working knowledge of cloud IAM and networking
- Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps-style deployment
- Comfortable writing Python, Typescript, Rust or similar
- Understanding of software supply chain attacks
- Clear writing skills for design docs and threat modeling
- Judgment about controls enforcement and rollout
Nice to have
- Experience securing GPU or HPC-style compute
- Experience with policy engines and admission controllers
- Multi-tenant isolation design in a cloud environment
- Proven experience producing security architecture evidence for audits
- Open source contributions in cloud or Kubernetes security
