Integration Engineer (AMER)

About this role

Provide first-level technical support to ecommerce customers integrating their websites and mobile apps with Constructor’s search and discovery platform. Help customers with onboarding, API usage, catalog configuration, and troubleshooting, while improving integration documentation and onboarding processes.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through technical integrations and onboarding
• Explain APIs and open-source libraries
• Troubleshoot integration issues with Customer Success teams
• Help configure product catalogs, facets, searchability, and sort orders
• Communicate customer issues to technical teams and provide clear responses
• Document common issues and improve integration resources

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer or technical support
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration best practices
• Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JSON, CSV, and search or indexing concepts
• Experience with browser developer tools, Postman, or logs
• Understanding of A/B testing, client- and server-side contexts, HTTP, and request routing
• Familiarity with JavaScript applications and open-source libraries
