What you'll do
- Design and guide high-complexity integrations from discovery through implementation
- Debug customer integrations and handle technical escalations
- Build proof-of-concept integrations, test plans, dashboards, and data reports
- Advise customers on architecture, CI/CD, performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and develop reusable team processes
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in software or integration engineering
- Able to write code and quickly debug customer code
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Understanding of payments and API security
- Strong customer communication and technical consulting skills

- Experience mentoring teammates and documenting technical guidance
- Collaborative, consultative approach and strong problem-solving skills
