Integration Engineer (French Speaker)

About this role

Provide technical integration support to ecommerce customers adopting Constructor’s search and discovery platform. Guide onboarding, API usage, catalog configuration, and troubleshooting while improving integration documentation and processes.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through technical onboarding and integration
• Explain how to use APIs and open-source libraries
• Troubleshoot integration issues with Customer Success teams
• Help configure product catalogs, facets, searchability, sort orders, and results
• Communicate customer issues and solutions to technical teams
• Document recurring issues and improve onboarding resources

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer or technical support
• Knowledge of REST web services, APIs, and integration best practices
• Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JSON, CSV, and search or indexing concepts
• Experience with browser developer tools, API clients such as Postman, or logs
• Understanding of A/B testing, client-side and server-side contexts, HTTP, and network request routing
• Familiarity with open-source libraries, JavaScript web applications, and integration patterns
