What you'll do

- Plan and execute programs from discovery to retrospectives
- Drive async collaboration using GitLab tools
- Identify risks and resolve blockers early
- Facilitate meetings and support decision-making
- Track program health with metrics and updates
- Contribute to Technical Program Management best practices
